Partial Hospitalization (PHP) is a higher level of care — typically 5 days a week, 5–6 hours per day — for those who need intensive support without a residential stay. Intensive Outpatient (IOP) is a step down, usually 3 days a week, 3 hours per day, allowing you to maintain work or family commitments while still receiving comprehensive treatment.

Do I need to have any special background to attend?

No. Deep Roots Recovery is open to all adults in our community who are ready to do the work. You don't need to meet any specific criteria beyond a genuine willingness to pursue recovery. We welcome anyone who wants to build a better life.

Is housing available, and is it covered by insurance?

Housing is not covered by insurance and is not part of your Deep Roots treatment program. Revive Recovery Homes is a separate, independently operated sober living that requires its own application. Placement is subject to availability — slots are limited and not guaranteed. If a slot is open and you're enrolled in our program, both organizations work closely together to support your recovery journey.

What makes Deep Roots different from other treatment centers?

We're building a recovery network, not just running a program. That means housing, outpatient care, community events, and employment support — all working together. We care about where you are in five years, not just when you graduate our program.

How long does treatment typically last?

Program length is based on your individual needs. Most clients participate in IOP for 6–12 weeks, with a structured transition to aftercare and community support. We believe in continuing to show up for you well beyond formal treatment.

Will my information be kept private?

Absolutely. We maintain strict confidentiality under HIPAA. Your participation in treatment is protected health information — period. We will never share your information without your explicit consent.

Do you provide detox services?

We specialize in PHP and IOP treatment. If medical detox is needed first, we'll coordinate a referral to a trusted detox facility and ensure a smooth, supported transition into our program when you're ready.

What if I can't afford treatment or don't have insurance?

We verify your insurance benefits for free and work hard to make treatment accessible. If you don't have insurance or are underinsured, talk to us — we'll help you understand your options including self-pay arrangements.
